ARTWORK:

Will be installed on the ceiling of the hallway leading to event space at the Circuit Center. Installing 200 2x2 foot alternating pink foil balloons to create a tunnel effect (hallway is 12 feet wide by 80 feet long) - Will coordinate shade of pink to change as the curtains lining the walls change.

COLORWAY:

Dark Pink + Light Pink

INSTALLATION & SET-UP:

Installation will occur on Saturday June 8th, 2024 at 9am at Circuit Center (5 Hot Metal St, Pittsburgh, PA 15203) & will take roughly 5ish hours to complete.

PRICING BREAKDOWN:

Artwork (210 pink foil 24"x24" balloons) - $2580
Site Visit/Rendering/Proposal - $75
Admin Fee - $200
Delivery + Installation - $500
Strike/Take Down ($300/same day/night or $150/Next Day) - $300

🌈 Take Down

After the event, funk|BALLOON will strike the installation, that same evening, immediately following the end of the event and will take roughly 1 hour.

🌈 Cancellations

Cancellations 2 weeks to your event are non-refundable, but the amount paid may be used to reschedule - Cancellations 30 days to your event are refundable at 50%, less 15% restocking fee Site Visits & 50% of the total amount paid are never refundable By completing this purchase, you agree to these terms.

funk|BALLOON is not responsible for popped, shriveled or vandalized balloons - No artwork is guaranteed, but outside artwork can be problematic due to weather, heat, wildlife, sharp things & mean people.. balloons may pop, shrivel or matte/oxidize - funk|BALLOON does everything possible to mitigate this, but please know that it is not totally unavoidable & funk|BALLOON does not guarantee the lifespan of any installation
