Refund policy

Rut Row! We want you to be 100%, TOTALLY happy with your purchase from VW&F, so if you're not, here's what to do:

Our return policy lasts 14 days. Returns made within 14 days are eligible for store credit, only.
After 14 days have passed, no purchases are eligible for return/exchange.
Non-returnable items include: Light bulbs, balloons, custom lighting/pendants, vintage/antiques, custom ordered items, wallpaper, services or personal care items

EVENTS:

Deposits made to hold your date for events are never refundable.
Site Visit and Proposal fees do not hold your event date
Event cancellations made less than 30 days to your event date are not refundable. Please talk to us, though. We'll figure something out.
Event cancellations made before the 30 day mark to your event date are refundable at 50% of your total event price, less a 25% restocking fee.

OTHER STUFF:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If your item was damaged during shipping, please be sure to take photos of the packaging and broken/damaged items.
All Returns require either a receipt or proof of purchase, otherwise.
If you are shipping your purchased item to VWF, you are responsible for paying the shipping charges. Please contact VW&F - We will email you a return shipping label that will be deducted from your refund.
