Uh Oh! We want you to be 100%, TOTALLY happy with your purchase from VW&F, so if you're not, here's what to do:
- Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we're unable to refund your purchase.
- After 14 days have passed, you are only eligible for a store credit. Store credit is issued for any purchase between 14-30 days after the original purchase date. After 30 days, we are unable to offer any store credit.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment or a gift card.
- Non-returnable items include: Light bulbs, custom lighting/pendants, vintage/antiques, custom ordered items, wallpaper, services or personal care items
- Holiday Policy: Purchases made between November 15th through December 24th are eligible for extended return terms: Beginning December 26th, all items purchased during our holiday term can be returned for a full refund until January 15th. Items returned after that date will only be eligible for store credit. Items returned after January 31st are not eligible to be returned.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- If your item was damaged during shipping, please be sure to take photos of the packaging and broken/damaged items.
- All Returns require either a receipt or proof of purchase, otherwise.
- If you are shipping your purchased item to VWF, you are responsible for paying the shipping charges. Please contact VW&F - We will email you a return shipping label that will be deducted from your refund.
