Thank you for your interest in a funk|BALLOON 🌈 custom Organic Balloon Art Installation!

Please read through this listing, carefully and let us know if anything is incorrect for your event. 

ARTWORK:

Main Event Space Entrance:

• 2 8ish foot organic balloon garlands (on a hidden pole and weighted base system)in Black, Shiny Gold and Red with large playing cards, 2’ dice and gold starpoints/bursts @ $390/ea - $780 TOTAL.

Table Tops/Centerpieces:

• 10 3ish foot table top balloon towers in Black, Shiny Gold and Red with a clear base and pole system, smaller playing cards and 12” dice @ $48/ea - $480 TOTAL

Marquee Letter Balloons:

• 4 4ish foot small organic balloon garlands on a pole and weighted base (2 garlands/pole system), designed to flank the marquee letters, in black, red and shiny gold with large playing cards and 2’ dice on both sides of the marquee letters @ $325/each - $650 TOTAL.

Arcade Room Entrance:

• 1 12ish foot organic jumbo balloon garland, in all neon colors (pink, orange, yellow, green + blue) with a 40” + 60” neon starburst - this artwork will be installed around the entrance (but not totally) - $475
• 4 3ish foot tabletop balloon centerpieces, in all neon colors with a 27” neon starburst in each - $48/ea - $192 Total.

DELIVERY, INSTALLATION + TAKE DOWN/STRIKE:

• $350 (includes delivery + set up on Friday at 9am 10/10 + take down/strike on Sunday 10/12 at 11am). The club will need to move the Entrance, Centerpieces and Marquee artwork into place Saturday before the event. On Sunday at 11am, we will return to strike all artwork. This should take roughly one hour.

TOTAL COST: $2,927.00

COLORWAY: 

Black, Red and Chrome Gold + Neon Pink, Orange, Yellow, Green + Blue (arcade room, only)

 (* denotes a custom color - custom colors are an upcharge of 10% of the overall art cost/color).

INSTALLATION & SET-UP:

Installation will occur on Friday October 10th (event is Saturday 10/11) at 9am at YCC & will take roughly 2ish hours to complete.

🌈 Take Down

After the event, funk|BALLOON will  strike the installation, the following Sunday at 11am and will take roughly 1 hour.

🌈 Cancellations

** Cancellations 2 weeks to your event are non-refundable, but the amount paid may be used to reschedule - Cancellations 30 days to your event are refundable at 50%, less 15% restocking fee ** Site Visits & 50% of the total amount paid are never refundable ** By completing this purchase, you agree to these terms. **

**funk|BALLOON is not responsible for popped, shriveled or vandalized balloons - No artwork is guaranteed, but outside artwork can be problematic due to weather, heat, wildlife, sharp things & mean people.. balloons may pop, shrivel or matte/oxidize - funk|BALLOON does everything possible to mitigate this, but please know that it is not totally unavoidable & funk|BALLOON does not guarantee the lifespan of any installation**
