ARTWORK:
Will be installed on the stage for program speakers, against the back wall (behind any speakers) - This location will include one of our Jumbo Garlands (roughly 12 linear feet) and one of our Balloon Bursts (mini 4ish foot garland) to bulk up the overall thickness of the artwork on stage (the balloon burst is not meant to extend the overall length of the artwork).
COLORWAY:
TBD, but currently Shimmer/Pearl Pink, Classic Pink, Shimmer/Pearl White, Classic White, Chrome Silver, Shimmer/Pearl Peach, Classic Peach, Cameo and Blush/Nude. **Currently working on adding the right 'pop' of color**
(* denotes a custom color - custom colors are an upcharge of 10% of the overall art cost/color).
INSTALLATION & SET-UP:
Installation will occur on Wednesday May 15th, 2024 at 9am (event to begin at 11am) at Westin Pgh (Allegheny Ballroom) & will take roughly 1.5hrs hours to complete.
PRICING BREAKDOWN:
- ARTWORK (1J,1B, 2DB) - $850
- Site Visit + Rendering (does not reserve your date, but $75 is applied to your balance due) - $150 - WAIVED
- Strike/Take Down ($300/same day/night or $150/next day) - $150
- Delivery + Installation (typically. 10% of artwork cost)- $100
TOTAL: $1,100.00

🌈 Take Down
After the event, funk|BALLOON will strike the installation, later that afternoon, after the event at roughly 3pm or the following morning at 10am.

🌈 Cancellations
** Cancellations 2 weeks to your event are non-refundable, but the amount paid may be used to reschedule - Cancellations 30 days to your event are refundable at 50%, less 15% restocking fee ** Site Visits & 50% of the total amount paid are never refundable ** By completing this purchase, you agree to these terms. **

**funk|BALLOON is not responsible for popped, shriveled or vandalized balloons - No artwork is guaranteed, but outside artwork can be problematic due to weather, heat, wildlife, sharp things & mean people.. balloons may pop, shrivel or matte/oxidize - funk|BALLOON does everything possible to mitigate this, but please know that it is not totally unavoidable & funk|BALLOON does not guarantee the lifespan of any installation**
