Thank you for your interest in a funk|BALLOON 🌈 custom Organic Balloon Art Installation!

Please read through this listing, carefully and let us know if anything is incorrect for your event. 

ARTWORK:

 Will be installed as pictured in this listing and will include:

- 2 Jumbo garlands installed above the band in the main ballroom with a 64" red foil heart ❤️ .

- 1 Bubble (mini garland) installed on the wall btw. the main ballroom and the cocktail reception room on the step and repeat.

- A field of 50 balloons (fob), hung from the ceiling in the cocktail reception room, at varying heights and sizes. This will include 50 mixed size latex balloons - five 3', five 2' and twenty-five 16/17/18" balloons and twenty 18" foil hearts

- One welcome sign Tiny Bubble (extra mini garland)

- One Burst + One Bubble adorning a 6ish foot gold tone metal heart arch

**All artwork will have 18" foil hearts (shades of pink, red and gold) throughout**

(* denotes a custom color - custom colors are an upcharge of 10% of the overall art cost/color).

INSTALLATION & SET-UP:

Installation will occur on Saturday 11/23/24 at 9am at Duquesne Power Ctr. Ballroom & will take roughly 3ish hours to complete. 

 PRICING BREAKDOWN:

• Artwork - $1,510.00
  • 2 organic jumbo balloon garlands w/6 18" foil hearts - $830 ($415/ea)
  • 1 five foot red foil heart balloon - $25
  • ceiling balloons (fob) - 50 mixed size (3', 2', & 18" latex + 18" foil hearts) - $200
  • Heart Arch - $265 (includes 6' gold metal heart frame + 1 organic balloon burst ($150) + 1 organic balloon bubble ($100) + 3 standard foil heart balloons ($15))
  • 1 organic tiny balloon bubble w/1 18" foil heart (for welcome sign) - $80 (does not include sign)
  • 1 organic balloon bubble w/2 18" foil hearts for step + repeat - $110

• Strike (take down) - $150/next day (Waived)
• Installation + Delivery - $150
• Site Visit/Rendering - $150 (Waived)

🌈 Take Down

After the event, funk|BALLOON will strike the installation, the following morning at no charge. Please coordinate the time with us.

🌈 Cancellations

** Cancellations 2 weeks to your event are non-refundable, but the amount paid may be used to reschedule - Cancellations 30 days to your event are refundable at 50%, less 15% restocking fee ** Site Visits & 50% of the total amount paid are never refundable ** By completing this purchase, you agree to these terms. **

**funk|BALLOON is not responsible for popped, shriveled or vandalized balloons - No artwork is guaranteed, but outside artwork can be problematic due to weather, heat, wildlife, sharp things & mean people.. balloons may pop, shrivel or matte/oxidize - funk|BALLOON does everything possible to mitigate this, but please know that it is not totally unavoidable & funk|BALLOON does not guarantee the lifespan of any installation**
