ARTWORK:
Will be installed as pictured in this listing and will include:
- 3 Jumbo garlands installed above the band in the main ballroom
- 1 Jumbo garland installed on the wall btw. the main ballroom and the cocktail reception room
- A field of 50 balloons (fob), hung from the ceiling in the cocktail reception room, at varying heights and sizes. This will include one 4 or 5 foot cloudbuster balloon and 49 mixed size latex balloons - ten 3', fifteen 2' and twenty-four 16/17/18" balloons.
- One welcome sign burst
- Two bursts adorning a 6ish foot gold tone metal heart arch
COLORWAY:
Shades of pink, red and chrome gold ❤️✨
(* denotes a custom color - custom colors are an upcharge of 10% of the overall art cost/color).
INSTALLATION & SET-UP:
Installation will occur on Saturday 12/2/23 at 9am at Duquesne Power Ctr. Ballroom & will take roughly 3ish hours to complete.
PRICING BREAKDOWN:
- ARTWORK - $2,300
- 4 organic balloon garlands - $1600
- Ceiling Balloons (FOB) - 50 mixed size air-filled balloons hung from the ceiling
- Heart Arch - $350 (includes 6ish foot gold tone metal heart frame)
- 1 organic sign burst - $150 (does not include sign)
- Site Visit + Rendering (does not reserve your date, but $75 is applied to your balance due) - $150 - WAIVED
- Admin Fee (10% of artwork cost) - WAIVED
- Strike/Take Down ($300/same day/night or $150/next day) - $150 (next day) - WAIVED
- Delivery + Installation (typically. 10% of artwork cost)- WAIVED

🌈 Take Down
After the event, funk|BALLOON will strike the installation, the following morning at no charge. Please coordinate the time with us.

🌈 Cancellations
** Cancellations 2 weeks to your event are non-refundable, but the amount paid may be used to reschedule - Cancellations 30 days to your event are refundable at 50%, less 15% restocking fee ** Site Visits & 50% of the total amount paid are never refundable ** By completing this purchase, you agree to these terms. **

**funk|BALLOON is not responsible for popped, shriveled or vandalized balloons - No artwork is guaranteed, but outside artwork can be problematic due to weather, heat, wildlife, sharp things & mean people.. balloons may pop, shrivel or matte/oxidize - funk|BALLOON does everything possible to mitigate this, but please know that it is not totally unavoidable & funk|BALLOON does not guarantee the lifespan of any installation**
