Will be installed as pictured in this listing :)

COLORWAY: 

Space DISCO! Chrome Silver, Space Gray, Metallic Silver (primary) and pops of Magenta (ST Orchid), Violet + Teal (TT Pastel Teal).

 (* denotes a custom color - custom colors are an upcharge of 10% of the overall art cost/color).

INSTALLATION & SET-UP:

Installation will occur on Thursday 3/6/25 (event is Friday 3/7/25) at 11am at Heinz HC & will take roughly 4 hours to complete. 

 PRICING BREAKDOWN:

• • • Artwork - $2,495
      • Mueller Hallway Photo Backdrop - 1 organic balloon Burst - $150 (silver shimmer wall provided by Heinz)
      • Great Hall DJ Station - 15 mixed size foil orb + latex balloons, air-filled, hung overhead at varying heights - $100
      • Mueller DJ Booth - 2 organic balloon Bursts to flank the 8x8 stage (one for each front corner) @ $150/ea - $300
      • Mueller Ceiling - 5 organic jumbo balloon garlands @ $400/ea - $2000
      • Disco Ball Sculptures (as shown, x2) - $400/ea - Comped (need back).
      • Disco Balls (free range/hangable) - $400 (two 20"+ 12" and four 8") - Comped (need back).

     

    • Site Visit/Rendering - $150 - WAIVED
    • Delivery + Installation (20% artwork cost) $250 - WAIVED
    • Strike (Next Day - $150) - WAIVED

🌈 Take Down

After the event, funk|BALLOON will strike the installation, the following Saturday morning at 10am and will take roughly 2 hours.

🌈 Cancellations

** Cancellations 2 weeks to your event are non-refundable, but the amount paid may be used to reschedule - Cancellations 30 days to your event are refundable at 50%, less 15% restocking fee ** Site Visits & 50% of the total amount paid are never refundable ** By completing this purchase, you agree to these terms. **

**funk|BALLOON is not responsible for popped, shriveled or vandalized balloons - No artwork is guaranteed, but outside artwork can be problematic due to weather, heat, wildlife, sharp things & mean people.. balloons may pop, shrivel or matte/oxidize - funk|BALLOON does everything possible to mitigate this, but please know that it is not totally unavoidable & funk|BALLOON does not guarantee the lifespan of any installation**
