Thank you for your interest in a funk|BALLOON 🌈 custom Organic Balloon Art Installation!

Please read through this listing, carefully and let us know if anything is incorrect for your event. 

ARTWORK:

1) Will be installed in the ballroom, suspended above head, centered with a 2 foot border, btw. the two flanking chandeliers. Artwork will not drop any lower than 9 feet. Though artwork will be 'centered' it will not be in a perfect, symmetrical shape/layout. Adding shiny foil spheres (orbs) and stars throughout ✨ . See rendering, below for proposed colors and layout.

2) Also included will be 2 custom, hand lettered and painted 3 foot floating helium filled balloons - one for each sister. The artist will take care to be sure lettering and artwork are as large as possible on each balloon and that colors will standout and be bright enough. Each balloon will have a bougie tail and a matching weight. See rendering, below for proposed colors and layout.

 

COLORWAY: 

Aqua, Teal, Lilac + Violet with pops of navy and foil silver spheres (orbs) and stars.

(* denotes a custom color - custom colors are an upcharge of 10% of the overall art cost/color).

 

INSTALLATION & SET-UP:

Installation will occur on Saturday August 13th, 2022 at 2pm (event to begin at 7) at The PGH Golf Club & will take roughly 4ish hours to complete. 

 PRICING BREAKDOWN:

  • ARTWORK (7J), delivered & installed - $2400
  • Custom Colors - n/a
  • Additional Mileage - n/a
  • Site Visit (does not reserve your date) - n/a
  • 50% Deposit (reserves your date, non-refundable) - $500.00 (PAID)
  • Next Day Strike - $150
  • Custom Decal 3 Foot Balloons - $95/ea - $190.00

 TOTAL: $2,740, Less $500 deposit = $2,240.00

🌈 Take Down

After the event, funk|BALLOON will strike the installation, the following morning, at 10am and will take roughly one hour.

🌈 Cancellations

** Cancellations 2 weeks to your event are non-refundable - Cancellations 30 days to your event are refundable at 50% ** Site Visits & 50% Deposits to reserve your date are never refundable ** By completing this purchase, you agree to these terms. **

**funk|BALLOON is not responsible for popped, shriveled or vandalized balloons - No artwork is guaranteed, but outside artwork can be problematic due to weather, heat, wildlife, sharp things & mean people.. balloons may pop, shrivel or matte/oxidize - funk|BALLOON does everything possible to mitigate this, but please know that it is not totally unavoidable & funk|BALLOON does not guarantee the lifespan of any installation**
